Ordering Online:
For your security, we ONLY accept online credit/debit card or PayPal payment orders. We do not accept verbal, email, mail, or phone orders.
- Credit/Debit cards may be Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express; and held by an individual, company, institution, or p-card system. Government purchase cards are also accepted.
- Online card acceptance approval is done through a secure bank-to-bank transaction.
- A valid PayPal account is also accepted for purchases.
- Some debit, gift, and pre-paid credit cards may be declined by the online banking system. If this should occur, please use another card.
- Purchase Orders are accepted for existing customers with special permission only.
- Merchant on your statement will read CareerPath Learning Systems.
- All orders are presented in both U.S. and Canadian dollars.
- Prices may and are subject to change without notice.
- All orders are electronically approved.
Order Timing:
- Orders received during standard business hours (9AM-5PM PT Monday-Friday excluding typical US and Canadian holidays) are typically processed and fulfilled within minutes to a few hours.
- Orders received after business hours are expected to be processed within 12-24 hours.
- Orders received on weekends and U.S./Canadian holidays are processed and fulfilled within 24 hours for online products, and on the next business day for items to be shipped.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
- Shipping Charges are calculated automatically by the shopping cart pro-rated by dollar amount of order.
- S. Order Shipping: Orders received by 3PM PT will typically be shipped the same day via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. We don’t guarantee the delivery service transit time.
- CANADA Order Shipping: All Canadian shipping is via UPS. Shipping fees are accounted for in the overall cost. Canadian recipients are responsible for all duties, tariffs, customs, broker fees, and exchange rates.
- INTERNATIONAL Order Shipping (includes Mexico: ALL International shipping is via UPS Worldwide Express. Shipping fees are accounted for in the overall cost. All payments are to be made in either U.S. or Canadian dollars. International recipients are responsible for all duties, tariffs, customs, broker fees, and exchange rates.
ORDER CAREFULLY – SALES ARE FINAL
- Once orders are placed, they cannot be canceled or changed.
- ALL paper profiles, physical kits, electronic products, supplies, and ALL materials, services, or products on this website, including pack, email, or electronic files and reports, are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- If you make an error while ordering, you may not return it for refund, credit, or exchange for any reason.
- We will promptly correct any errors that we make with no expense to you.
Online products are NOT shipped. They are delivered via email.
The email will include a unique coded link to your assessment. You are responsible for software and computer knowledge, compatibility, and capability, including (but not limited to) appropriate ISP and email accounts, for electronic, email, and online reports and products.
LIMITATIONS FOR EMAIL, WEB, AND/OR ELECTRONIC DELIVERY
Single product access code emails are always automatically delivered electronically. EPIC credits are transferred manually by CareerPath Learning Systems. Orders received after business hours will typically be processed and fulfilled within 24 hours of order receipt.
SECURITY
To prevent international credit/debit card fraud, your card information is verified by capturing IP address, CVV card code, bank bin code, verify cardholder phone, address, address compare, issuing bank and domain server. CareerPath Learning Systems’ does not ship or process orders for countries on the US sanction list. At our discretion, we may process certain orders and delay shipping for up to 180 days, pending international investigation, for countries known for high incidence of internet card fraud. If the order is suspicious, it will not be shipped, even with credit card authorization approval, pending international trade investigative clearance.
